Plus4J - Terms of Sale

  • 1. Introduction

    These Terms of Sale govern the purchase and use of digital software products distributed by Plus4J. By purchasing or downloading any product from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • 2. Nature of the Products

    All products sold on the Plus4J website are digital software extensions for Joomla CMS delivered electronically via download.
    No physical goods are shipped.

  • 3. Delivery

    Upon successful payment, the customer will receive immediate access to download the purchased software.
    Delivery is considered complete when the download link becomes available to the customer.

  • 4. License and Usage

    Unless otherwise specified:
    • purchased software may be installed on unlimited websites
    • redistribution, resale or sublicensing of the software is strictly prohibited
    • modification of the software for personal use is permitted.
    The copyright and intellectual property rights remain with Plus4J.

  • 5. Right of Withdrawal

    According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied by download once the download process has begun.
    By completing the purchase and initiating the download, the customer expressly:
    • agrees to the immediate supply of digital content
    • acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is waived.

  • 6. Refund Policy

    Because software products cannot be returned once downloaded, refunds are generally not provided.
    However, Plus4J may, at its sole discretion, grant a refund in exceptional circumstances, including:
    • the product cannot be installed due to a confirmed technical defect
    • the product does not perform its advertised functionality
    • the issue cannot be resolved by technical support.
    Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

    Refunds will not be granted for:
    • compatibility issues caused by unsupported environments
    • change of mind
    • lack of technical knowledge
    • requests submitted after the refund period
    • renewal purchases or upgrades.

  • 7. Support

    Technical support is provided via the official support channel indicated on the website.
    Customers are expected to allow reasonable time for troubleshooting before requesting a refund.

  • 8. Limitation of Liability

    Plus4J software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Plus4J be liable for:
    • loss of data
    • website downtime
    • indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.

  • 9. Updates

    Product updates may be provided at the discretion of Plus4J.
    Access to updates may require an active subscription if applicable.

  • 10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the laws of the country where the seller is established.
